Thank you for your presence.

I’m BREA FISHER

Founder of Quan Yin Gongfu.

My life is dedicated to guiding others in cultivating the subtle dialogue between the body, the mind, and the spirit through the Chinese internal martial arts.

I facilitate a rekindling of the communication lines between oneself and the Internal Teacher—the authentic essence within.

The practices of the Quan Yin Gongfu temple bring practitioners together without the hindering emphasis on competition, hierarchy, and gender bias with which the martial and internal arts field is often saturated.

The Quan Yin Gongfu path paves your return to the source of your Self. Through honoring the beauty of the individual essence, you return in union to the Source of all life.

As an artist, my work unites the visual arts and the written word with the Chinese internal martial arts. My daily dedication to the disciplines of Qigong, Taiji, and Gongfu began in 2007, and since then I’ve devoted my life to the study of Daoist philosophy and lifestyle, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin Yang theory, and Five Element theory.

I carry the lineage of Eagle Claw Turning Style (Ying Zhao Fan Zi Men), teaching Gongfu Palm + Sword, and Taiji forms handed down to me by Master Sing Chui.

As a channel for the energy of Quan Yin, I receive, study, and share a specific collection of Qigong forms that call forth the essence of Quan Yin through physicality that is based in the lineage of Eagle Claw, and psychospiritually held in the information received when in communion with Quan Yin.

I would be honored to serve as an ally you consider a friend.

With a bow,
Brea

EAGLE CLAW Lineage

The Gongfu and Taiji taught by Brea Fisher comes directly from her training with Master Sing Chui, whose lineage connects back to Yue Fei (1103-1142 bc), the creator of the 108 Hands style that evolved into Eagle Claw Turning Style (Ying Zhao Fan Zi Men).

Master Chui, a closed-door disciple of Master Zhang Zhan Ming, began teaching in 1968. After immigrating to the US from China in 1992, Master Chui continued teaching Eagle Claw Gongfu and Taiji in Denver, CO. He moved to California in 2013.
