“This practice reflects the most beautiful, wise, clear parts of myself back to me and opens a willingness to welcome less adored parts. I am grateful to work deeper into this practice and to have found a teacher."

—Constance W.

OUR FLIGHT PATH

This hive is here for you,

should you let yourself follow the hum

of your fellow honeybees.

Come in heavy, your thighs laden

with matter you’ve collected

in the garden.

Nine moons we’ll meet this gestation, this alchemy,

sharing our hearts in circle,

moving our bodies synchronously,

building the honeycomb, sculpting the vessel.

Let’s wash our eyes with honey— together

letting the beauty of Life Divine be

our main source of nourishment.

NINE MOONS OF PRACTICE

Nine months is a threshold, a gestation, a full cycle. What becomes possible here belongs only to those willing to begin — and follow it home.

OUR GESTATIONAL ARC

Metal brings autumn and with it we prepare, focus into clear discernment, and simplify to what really matters.

In winter we bow to Water and we let go, we surrender, we adapt, we flow, and we fold back in, returning to the One of our origin.

Wood comes by spring to open our eyes, lift us into our imaginative powers, and inspire us to begin again.

Fire is for summer and for igniting to action in service to Good, in reverence to Love.

Earth to hold us through the transitions, reminding us we are vessels, throughways, held.

May these nine moons return you to what you have always been.

the LEMNISCATE STRUCTURE

This offering is held in two parallel groups — two hives — each meeting on their own, each its own sovereign field.

Like the two lobes of the lemniscate — the infinity loop that is one of Honeybee's most ancient symbols — the hives are distinct and yet inseparable, two living expressions of the same unbroken thread.

Each group is shaped by the particular medicine of the practitioners in it — what they carry in, what they're ready to release, what arises between them over nine moons of practice together. The curriculum will share common ground, as the forms and the tradition are the same, but no two hives will move through this journey identically. Each is its own living thing.

Choose your hive based on your schedule and your intuition

The Nectar Hive gathers every other Tuesday 15SEP2026 through 25May2027.

The Pollen Hive gathers every other Saturday 12SEP2026 through 29MAY2027.

Once you've joined a hive, that is your home for the nine moons. There is no switching between groups, and sessions cannot be attended in the other hive if you miss your own.

“I enrolled in the Nectar & Pollen group mentorship with Brea after my daughter's first birthday.

The practice helped me to integrate this new role (mother) into my Self.

It was a gentle way to carve out some space just for me at a point in life when space felt so hard to come by.

The experience is so specific to you and also so sweetly shared with the other women in the group.

Brea is courageous and the community that cultivates is truly beautiful!”

who THis HIVE is for

For you, if you’ve ever felt you don't quite belong anywhere — this hive may not solve that immediately, but it will offer something real: a circle so warm and genuinely loving you may begin to meet your relationship to belonging in an entirely new way.

For you, if you sense you’re at a turning point — in your practice, your work, your inner life, your world — and want to meet this threshold with intention.

For you, if you feel something in you is ready to come home — to the frequency of your own being, to the truth of what has always been there, waiting quietly beneath the noise.

For you, if you can't yet see the full picture but feel the pull — and are willing to show up anyway.

For you, if you’re ready to choose yourself — your practice, your growth, your becoming — as a genuine priority, perhaps for the first time.

For you, if you long to walk your dao— your personal path of destiny— more truly, with a guide beside you and sisters at your back.

For you, a practitioner of any level, ready to carve out 15–30 minutes for home practice two to three times a week — tending your own honeycomb between our gatherings.

The HONEYCOMB

HOW THE HIVE IS HELD

Every other week we meet for ceremony

Join one of the two hives:
Nectar Hive | Tuesdays September 15 – May 25
Pollen Hive | Saturdays September 12 – May 29

18 live ceremonial sessions online, with downloadable replays
8–10a PT / 11a–1p ET

Each hive is held for only 12 practitioners

Two hives, intimate by design and sovereign by nature —
each one held to just twelve…
for the first time ever.

This is mentorship, not a course — a space designed for real relationships to bud and blossom.
It’s a living container — the teachings arise from those present.

We tend the hive well

Our WhatsApp group is a living field journal —
a place for sharing what arises in our practice.

This is where you can ask for hands at your back, or at the backs of those you love.

It’s our circle of accountability, uplifting our personal intentions, one by one, together.

Brea tends this space herself — actively and with care. Ask questions, seek guidance, allow yourself to be seen.

The HONEY

WHAT THE HIVE HOLDS

18 Live Sessions

Our ceremonial gatherings run two hours, every other week. We open in deep listening, move through Heart Shares, and practice and receive the forms that arise from what the group itself brings in.

Downloadable Recordings

Every session is yours to keep — a personal library of forms, transmissions, and ceremonial practice to return to at any point along your journey.

Open Doors

Any online open-enrollment offerings that fall within your nine moons are yours, tuition-free. Full access to the entire QYG film archive — over 60 films, typically available only through Patreon — is also a gift to you for one full year, an invaluable resource for your home practice between gatherings.

The Hive Thread

Our WhatsApp group is a living field journal — a prayer thread, a circle of accountability, a place to ask for hands at your back or at the backs of those you love. Brea tends this space herself.

Guest Teachers

We'll welcome one or two special guests across our nine moons — teachers whose work lives at the intersection of the body, the spirit, and the living tradition.

The Well

A shared drive of session notes, recording links, recommended reading, diagrams, photos, and supplemental study materials — everything gathered in one place to support your home practice and deeper study.

“one can find countless qigong group classes online. what Brea offers is more akin to coming home to your soul.”

“each session felt like i was seen by not just the caring eyes of Brea, but by a kaleidoscope of allies.

from Quan Yin, to the honey bees, the animals, plants and the members of the group, it was a practice with familiars each time & that really changed everything for me.

i learned to practice with parts of myself that usually hide away.

the consistency in the forms and the feminine space was like soul food, nourishing and easy to learn in and the forms alchemized into the medicine my body can receive.

through lineage and devotion for Quan Yin, the Qi flows strongly in Brea’s mentorship sessions & creates a space of feminine spirituality that is powerful, rare and precious.”

The PRACTICE OF BEING SEEN

A Note From Brea

"The form is alive." Sing Sifu has said this many times.

As we gather for this round of Nectar & Pollen, we will hold this as our touchstone — the living blessing upon our time together.

This community has years of experience witnessing each other with presence — allowing ourselves to be vulnerable in what we share of our hearts when we feel safe enough to do so.

This time, we are asking a little more of ourselves: To be seen not only in what we offer in words, but in our Qi — moving through our bodies, alive in form.

We’ll have the opportunity to stand in front of one another and move. To let ourselves be witnessed in the practice itself — not just in reflection upon it. This may feel exciting, empowering, enlivening; it may also feel tender, exposing.

We will do it anyway, together, and we will hold each other with the same devotion we always have.

With this, we open to something tremendously important to the lineage that somehow was lost when we shifted to the online sphere: Form Refinements.

In this container they’ll be woven into the fabric of how we practice together. Each practitioner will have the opportunity to receive subtle adjustments to their expression of form — and through witnessing the refinements offered to one honeybee's dance, we all learn to move with more grace as a hive.

This round of Nectar & Pollen will feel different from anything I’ve held before.

The form will be given real space to express its aliveness within you — and be seen — offered to your fellows, as you receive from them.

“I signed up for Nectar & Pollen at a time when I was searching for myself, feeling disconnected, discouraged and doubtful and I knew I was ready for a change.

I was completely new to this practice and open to receiving its teachings and practices to help better my life.

I learned how to be present and tend to my container. I learned how to witness and honor others without depleting myself. And I learned how to meditate to hear my voice, to understand my experiences, and to regulate my emotions.

After, I have become more connected to myself, with those around me and with this beautiful earth. Qigong helped me slow down to stillness to accept, learn, and allow what is, to be.

I’m forever grateful and beyond blessed for Brea and this Qigong practice.”
