Virtual Practice Temple Containers for Women*
*Open to women and those who have historically socialized as such
*Open to women and those who have historically socialized as such
This hive is here for you,
should you let yourself follow the hum
of your fellow honeybees.
Come in heavy, your thighs laden
with matter you’ve collected
in the garden.
Nine moons we’ll meet this gestation, this alchemy,
sharing our hearts in circle,
moving our bodies synchronously,
building the honeycomb, sculpting the vessel.
Let’s wash our eyes with honey— together
letting the beauty of Life Divine be
our main source of nourishment.
Metal brings autumn and with it we prepare, focus into clear discernment, and simplify to what really matters.
In winter we bow to Water and we let go, we surrender, we adapt, we flow, and we fold back in, returning to the One of our origin.
Wood comes by spring to open our eyes, lift us into our imaginative powers, and inspire us to begin again.
Fire is for summer and for igniting to action in service to Good, in reverence to Love.
Earth to hold us through the transitions, reminding us we are vessels, throughways, held.
The practice helped me to integrate this new role (mother) into my Self.
It was a gentle way to carve out some space just for me at a point in life when space felt so hard to come by.
The experience is so specific to you and also so sweetly shared with the other women in the group.
Brea is courageous and the community that cultivates is truly beautiful!”
— Lindsey R.
Every other week we meet for ceremony
Join one of the two hives:
Nectar Hive | Tuesdays September 15 – May 25
Pollen Hive | Saturdays September 12 – May 29
18 live ceremonial sessions online, with downloadable replays
8–10a PT / 11a–1p ET
Each hive is held for only 12 practitioners
Two hives, intimate by design and sovereign by nature —
each one held to just twelve…
for the first time ever.
This is mentorship, not a course — a space designed for real relationships to bud and blossom.
It’s a living container — the teachings arise from those present.
We tend the hive well
Our WhatsApp group is a living field journal —
a place for sharing what arises in our practice.
This is where you can ask for hands at your back, or at the backs of those you love.
It’s our circle of accountability, uplifting our personal intentions, one by one, together.
Brea tends this space herself — actively and with care. Ask questions, seek guidance, allow yourself to be seen.
18 Live Sessions
Our ceremonial gatherings run two hours, every other week. We open in deep listening, move through Heart Shares, and practice and receive the forms that arise from what the group itself brings in.
Downloadable Recordings
Every session is yours to keep — a personal library of forms, transmissions, and ceremonial practice to return to at any point along your journey.
Open Doors
Any online open-enrollment offerings that fall within your nine moons are yours, tuition-free. Full access to the entire QYG film archive — over 60 films, typically available only through Patreon — is also a gift to you for one full year, an invaluable resource for your home practice between gatherings.
The Hive Thread
Our WhatsApp group is a living field journal — a prayer thread, a circle of accountability, a place to ask for hands at your back or at the backs of those you love. Brea tends this space herself.
Guest Teachers
We'll welcome one or two special guests across our nine moons — teachers whose work lives at the intersection of the body, the spirit, and the living tradition.
The Well
A shared drive of session notes, recording links, recommended reading, diagrams, photos, and supplemental study materials — everything gathered in one place to support your home practice and deeper study.
“each session felt like i was seen by not just the caring eyes of Brea, but by a kaleidoscope of allies.
from Quan Yin, to the honey bees, the animals, plants and the members of the group, it was a practice with familiars each time & that really changed everything for me.
i learned to practice with parts of myself that usually hide away.
the consistency in the forms and the feminine space was like soul food, nourishing and easy to learn in and the forms alchemized into the medicine my body can receive.
through lineage and devotion for Quan Yin, the Qi flows strongly in Brea’s mentorship sessions & creates a space of feminine spirituality that is powerful, rare and precious.”
— Rie Katagiri
"The form is alive." Sing Sifu has said this many times.
As we gather for this round of Nectar & Pollen, we will hold this as our touchstone — the living blessing upon our time together.
This community has years of experience witnessing each other with presence — allowing ourselves to be vulnerable in what we share of our hearts when we feel safe enough to do so.
This time, we are asking a little more of ourselves: To be seen not only in what we offer in words, but in our Qi — moving through our bodies, alive in form.
We’ll have the opportunity to stand in front of one another and move. To let ourselves be witnessed in the practice itself — not just in reflection upon it. This may feel exciting, empowering, enlivening; it may also feel tender, exposing.
We will do it anyway, together, and we will hold each other with the same devotion we always have.
With this, we open to something tremendously important to the lineage that somehow was lost when we shifted to the online sphere: Form Refinements.
In this container they’ll be woven into the fabric of how we practice together. Each practitioner will have the opportunity to receive subtle adjustments to their expression of form — and through witnessing the refinements offered to one honeybee's dance, we all learn to move with more grace as a hive.
This round of Nectar & Pollen will feel different from anything I’ve held before.
The form will be given real space to express its aliveness within you — and be seen — offered to your fellows, as you receive from them.
I was completely new to this practice and open to receiving its teachings and practices to help better my life.
I learned how to be present and tend to my container. I learned how to witness and honor others without depleting myself. And I learned how to meditate to hear my voice, to understand my experiences, and to regulate my emotions.
After, I have become more connected to myself, with those around me and with this beautiful earth. Qigong helped me slow down to stillness to accept, learn, and allow what is, to be.
I’m forever grateful and beyond blessed for Brea and this Qigong practice.”

All levels of practice are warmly welcome. We are a group of mixed experience — from those who have never tried an embodiment practice before, to those who have been training with Brea for many years. All are welcome here.
We meet bi-weekly throughout our nine moons, with one exception: December has a single session for each hive, giving us time to pause and turn inward together.
Our first and last sessions serve as Opening and Closing Ceremonies — the two dates we most ask you to hold for live attendance.
The Nectar Hive | Opening: Tuesday Sep 15 2026 · Closing: May 25 2027 · Tuesdays
The Pollen Hive | Opening: Sep 12 2026 · Closing: May 29 2027 · Saturdays
There may be occasional slight shifts to the schedule — you'll always be given as much notice as possible.
Below are the full dates for all 18 Ceremonial Sessions. Both Hives meet for two hours, 8–10a PT / 11a–1p ET. Live attendance is requested to the best of your ability; downloadable replays will be provided.

While replays are available, live attendance is where the real medicine happens — it's what allows genuine connection, vulnerability, and transformation to take root. We ask that you show up live to the best of your ability.
Missing one or two sessions is okay— if you anticipate missing many, let's talk before you register.
Coming late or leaving early once in a while is fine too. We're a hive of real lives, and we hold that with grace.
The two sessions we most ask you to attend live are the Opening and Closing Ceremonies — the full dates are listed above.
These are the two sessions we hold most sacred in our nine moons together — the threshold in and the threshold out. We ask that you do everything you can to be there live.
That said, life happens. If you foresee a conflict with either date, please reach out before registering so we can talk it through: hello@quanyingongfu.com
Yes — all 18 Ceremonial Sessions will be recorded and offered as downloadable replays, yours to keep and return to at any point along your journey.
Brea tends the WhatsApp Hive herself — it is a real and tended channel, not a passive group thread. She is available for questions, reflections, and the moments that arise between our gatherings, and responds Tuesday through Saturday.
In past containers, dedicated 1:1 sessions were part of the offering. This time, that energy has been folded into the hive itself — into the depth of our live ceremonial sessions, into the living field of our WhatsApp group, and into Brea's own tended presence there between gatherings.
This is an intentional shift, and one that reflects the true medicine of this container: the hive holds us — together.
If you need to talk to her privately, you may send her a note through WhatsApp.
This hive is for women and those who have historically socialized as such.
If you have questions about whether this includes you, please reach out: hello@quanyingongfu.com
This space is also for those who are ready and genuinely willing to show up, tend their own practice, and allow, with patience, their hearts to open to the circle.
If you're unsure whether this space is for you, listen to your body's response with what you feel on this page. Your body knows.
Yes. Always yes.
This question comes up often — and the answer never changes. Apply. Sometimes people hold back out of a sense that they're taking a spot from someone else. Let Brea decide that. You deserve the chance, regardless of what has come before.
The deadline for all Scholarship applications is 25 JULY and results will be posted by 28 JULY.
Your initial payment is your commitment to the space. It serves as your first installment and is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel before we begin, you'll receive a refund of any payments made beyond that initial deposit.
If you need to leave after the container has opened, we'll have a heart-to-heart conversation. The criteria for acceptable cancellation are outlined in our Mentorship Agreement, which we'll both sign upon registration.
Payments already made are non-refundable, but your payment plan will be cancelled from the date of your withdrawal forward.
If, in extreme emergency, Brea needs to cancel the mentorship, any future scheduled payments — plus your payment for that month — will be refunded or transferred to a future offering, as you prefer.
When our nine moons complete, the hive closes with intention. What you've built here — in your body, your practice, your relationships — belongs to you fully and forever.
Our WhatsApp group will remain open after our final session, and you're welcome to continue connecting with your hive sisters there. Brea will no longer be tending that space, but the thread stays alive as long as you keep it so.
For anything you'd like to bring to Brea directly after we close, email is the best way: brea@quanyingongfu.com — she responds when she is able.
QYG Communications steward, Rebecca is here if you have any questions at all. Send a note to hello@quanyingongfu.com.
Applications submitted by those identifying as BIPOC are given priority consideration
There are two Scholarship Awards available per hive — one of each:
Sliding Scale Tuition Award | This award invites you to name your own monthly rate, with a floor of $88/mo. We ask that you choose a number that reflects both what you can genuinely sustain and what creates a meaningful energetic exchange — a number that asks something of you, even if gently. The stretch matters, as it's an essential part of how to receive well from this particular container.
Partial Scholarship Award | A fixed award bringing your monthly tuition to $222 — a saving of $306/mo off the full rate.
